Helogistics/THI/HCI supports many helicopters around the world, as well as maintaining our own aircraft. Helogistics/THI/HCI supplies to operators in the Agricultural, Aerial Spotting and Training segments of flying. Between our company in Texas, our suppliers around the country and overseas we believe we retain the best venue to our market. We conduct business with over 200 service companies and vendors.

Bob Harness incorporated Helogistics in 1981. Mr. Harness has over 40 years experience supplying parts to the helicopter industry. He was a Vice President of Marketing for Hiller Aviation / Heliparts, Inc. for 7 years. Since opening for business, Helogistics, Inc. has doubled its physical size five separate times.

Helogistics, Inc. has been involved in the Helicopter industry for almost 25 years as a major supplier of Bell Model 47 helicopter components and parts. Under our subsidiaries THI Texas Helogistics, Inc and HCI Helicopter Components Inc. located in Boyd, Texas, we manufacture and stock our own FAA-PMA replacement parts. Over 10,000 different parts for the Bell 47, 204, 205, 206 and 212 are available through these companies. This inventory is tracked through a computer system with perpetual inventory level tracking and manufacturing development capabilities. THI also produces many other aircraft parts and products along with other commercial items under government and private contracts.

Tulsa Heliparts Inc. (T.H.I.) originally located in Tulsa, Oklahoma was formed in 1990 to manufacture and supply FAA-PMA approved replacement parts for the Bell Model 47 helicopter. Bob Harness became the sole owner of T.H.I. in May of 1994 and in 1996 moved the company to Boyd, Texas. In 1994 Mr. Harness acquired Helicopter Components Inc. (HCI) located in Mansfield, Texas.

THI Texas Helogistics, Inc. evolved out of Tulsa Heliparts, Inc. (T.H.I.) in 1999. THI produces Bubble Windshields and Door glass assemblies for the Bell 47 and currently holds approximately 75 PMA's and over 90 design approvals for the Model 47 and other helicopter models. THI is considering proposals by other OEM's to manufacture windshield and glass assemblies for their Type-Certificated aircraft.

HCI moved to the Boyd facilities in 1996 in order to improve production of FAA-PMA Time-Life components for the Bell 47 other model helicopters. Both HCI and THI have been approached to manufacture components for other aircraft.

Helogistics/THI/HCI is family owned and operated. We believe this gives us the ability to increase quality and value to our customers. With the two subsidiaries, we have the best fabrication and inspection system available to help in supplying quality replacement parts and contract products.
